Welcome to SeniorLIFE Uniontown!

Our new state-of-the-art facility is complete at 89 West Fayette Street in Downtown Uniontown and we are accepting members!

SeniorLIFE Uniontown allows seniors to maintain both their quality of life and their independence. We offer seniors a wide array of support services designed to help them address their personal, physical and social needs. Committed to enhancing the ability of seniors to live safely in the community, SeniorLIFE serves the specific needs of medically eligible seniors living in Fayette County. The organization’s LIFE Center is actively growing both its membership and its outreach into the community. SeniorLIFE is an ideal alternative to nursing home living providing our members with a care plan that allows them to live at home longer and happier.

We are pleased to be providing the Uniontown area with an alternative in healthcare for seniors. Our facility is a new, state of the art option for seniors who are nursing home qualified, but would rather live at home.
